Alva’s Homoeopathic Medical
College actively participated in
the RGUHS 23rd Annual Inter
Collegiate Athletic Meet 2025–
2026, held from 18th to 20th
November 2025 and hosted by
Alva’s Ayurveda Medical College,
Moodubidire. Organized under
the theme “Nasha Mukth RGUHS
for Nasha Mukth India,” the
event brought together athletes
from various RGUHS-affiliated
institutions. Students from Alva’s
Homoeopathic Medical College
enthusiastically took part in the
competitions, showcasing
teamwork, sportsmanship, and
dedication, thereby contributing
to the overall success and vibrant

The RGUHS Powerlifting, Weightlifting
and Best Physique Competition was held
on 16th and 17th December at KVG
Medical College,Sulliya.Our college
showcased an excellent performance,
winning a total of 7 medals (2 Silver and
5 Bronze). WEIGHT LIFTING
Bronze medals in Powerlifting were
secured by Sunil Sapkale, Chitransh,
Pavan, and Basangouda. In
Weightlifting, Harshal Mahanubhav and
Vikas Mane won Silver medals, while
Irayya earned a Bronze medal. The
achievement reflects the dedication and
sportsmanship of our athletes.
